Unlimited recurring monthly membership requires credit card and billing information
Your membership is billed monthly and the day you sign-up becomes your billing date for each month you are a member.
We will place a radio frequency identification (RFID) sticker to the vehicle’s front windshield once you sign up. The RFID sticker must be stuck to the vehicle’s windshield each time services are used. The sticker must not be tampered with.
There are no multiple car plans. One person may sign up for multiple cars, but will have to pay per car, and each member sticker will be for one vehicle only.
If a vehicle with a membership plan is sold, or you no longer have the vehicle, you may transfer the membership plan to another vehicle by visiting our location.
If a payment is not successfully received due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you don't cancel your membership, we may freeze your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid payment method.
To alter you payment method you must visit our location.
There are absolutely no refunds. Paid membership fees are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used membership plan periods.
If you cancel your membership you must notify us 5 days prior to the billing date, or you will be charged a $75 early termination fee.
